++ My goal as an educator
is to provide instruction that promotes positive development in physical,
social, emotional, moral, and intellectual domains.
++ I intend to accomplish
this through identifying my role as a facilitator in a learning community
(as opposed to a teacher in a classroom).
++ I believe that every
student has the right to a personalized education in a safe environment.
++ I value life-long
learning, effort, diversity, and children; and I desire to instill
these traits in the members of the learning community I intend to facilitate.
